Property Description
Two, yes two for the price of one! There are two camps, side by side, just 20 feet from the open ocean available to rent together as a unit, great for families or friends. The larger camp, Hunter Camp (picture enclosed) has three bedrooms, sleeps 6, 1 ½ baths,a large kitchen, and a fireplace in the living room. Next door is Spruce Camp, with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, and one bathroom. This camp has an enclosed porch to sit and look out at the ocean. Linens are provided. Both camps have a very rustic flavor, comfortable and fun. Dogs must be leashed. The water is not potable.
Additional Rate Information:
All rentals subject to Maine sales tax of 8.5%. A $250 security deposit is also required.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, notify our office immediately by telephone, then follow up with a letter. Cancellations must be in writing and may be e-mailed or faxed. We will make every effort to re-rent the property, however we cannot guarantee re-rental. If you cancel before 30 days prior to your arrival and we are able to re-rent the property, all moneys (less cancellation fee of 25% of the reservation deposit) will be returned to you after our receipt of the re-booking payment. If we are unable to re-rent, the full advance payment will be forfeited. If cancellation is made within 30 days of occupancy, full rental moneys will be forfeited unless re-rented at the same rate and for the same dates. If property is re-rented the 25% cancellation fee applies.
