Property Description

Island View Cottage is located in the village of Spruce Head on Patton Point Road along the water’s edge. This house is situated about 50 feet from the water, with shore access, and a dock. This cottage is excellent for the sea kayak or boating enthusiast. The islands nearby are fun to paddle to and an easy spot to launch from.

On the main level there a living room with windows facing the ocean, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, den, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the den has a sofa bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

There are ample cookware and dishes, in the modern fully applianced kitchen. Available for use is a washer and dryer. Linens are included, as well as a phone, grill, and TV. Enjoy leisurely living from the beautiful spacious deck.

All rentals subject to Maine sales tax of 8.5%. A $250 security deposit is also required.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, notify our office immediately by telephone, then follow up with a letter. Cancellations must be in writing and may be e-mailed or faxed. We will make every effort to re-rent the property, however we cannot guarantee re-rental. If you cancel before 30 days prior to your arrival and we are able to re-rent the property, all moneys (less cancellation fee of 25% of the reservation deposit) will be returned to you after our receipt of the re-booking payment. If we are unable to re-rent, the full advance payment will be forfeited. If cancellation is made within 30 days of occupancy, full rental moneys will be forfeited unless re-rented at the same rate and for the same dates. If property is re-rented the 25% cancellation fee applies.
